Body Piercing Appointment Booking
All services currently require an appointment to be scheduled in advance and a deposit to be paid to secure the appointment.
PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST
*The novel coronavirus COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to- person contact. We strongly advise that those with increased risk factors, such as those with compromised immune systems, should not receive our services at this time.
*By seeking and receiving procedures and services, you accept and assume all risks associated with receiving a piercing and maintaining an open wound on the body for an extended period of time, including any effect to the immune system and the possibility of infection, as well as all risks associated with close contact interactions present at this time. We are doing everything within our power to minimize these risks to the highest extent that we are able.
*On the day of your appointment, you must be able to, truthfully and to the best of your knowledge, answer “no” to all of the following questions:
-Have you or anyone in your household had any of the following symptoms in the last 21 days: sore throat, cough, chills, body aches for unknown reasons, shortness of breath for unknown reasons, loss of smell, loss of taste, fever at or greater than 100 degrees Fahrenheit?
-Within the past 21 days, have you or anyone in your household cared for an individual who is in quarantine or is a presumptive positive or has tested positive for COVID-19?
-Have you or anyone in your household traveled, domestically or internationally, by air travel within the last 21 days?
-To the best of your knowledge have you been in close proximity, within the past 21 days, to any individual who has tested positive for COVID-19?
-Do you have any reason to believe you or anyone in your household has been exposed to or acquired COVID-19 within the past 21 days?
After submitting your appointment request you will receive an invoice for deposit at your provided email. Deposits must be submitted before your appointment can be confirmed.
All deposits are a portion of the expected cost of the service to be provided and will be applied to the final bill at the time of service. If, at the time of the appointment, it is determined that the requested service can not be completed, or the cost of services is other than the expected amount, any surplus payment will be returned by means of the original payment method. Deposits are fully refundable up to 24hrs before the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24hrs advance notice will forfeit the full sum of the deposit and will be required to provide a new deposit in order to set a new appointment.
Deposits will be forfeit if you arrive to your appointment without valid ID or any other necessary forms.
On the morning of your scheduled appointment you will receive a confirmation message with check-in instructions for when you arrive.
When you arrive for your appointment:
-We ask that you come to your appointment alone. No guests will be allowed in the studio during this time. (With the exception of a legal guardian where required for minor consent.)
-Please be prompt to your appointment time. Due to strict scheduling of appointments and time allotted for thorough disinfection of all surfaces in between each client, if you are not present at your appointment start time we may not be able to provide services and you may forfeit some or all of your deposit.
-Upon arrival, please wait in your vehicle and follow the check-in instructions provided in your confirmation message.
-Everyone entering the studio will be required to properly wear a face covering at all times throughout the visit. You are encouraged to bring your own face covering, but if you do not have one we will provide one for you. Please don your face covering before entering the studio and refrain from touching it or your face throughout your visit.
-Please leave all nonessential items at home or in your vehicle. No food or drink will be permitted in the studio.
During your visit:
-Please listen and closely follow all instructions provided to you during your visit. These procedures are in place to protect everyone to the best of our ability: you, us, and all of our other clients included.
-If you are bringing jewelry to be inserted it must be in a bag or container - please do not bring loose jewelry into the studio.
-Please refrain from touching, removing, or changing any of your piercings/jewelry while in the studio.
Due to the increased use of PPE, disinfectants, and cleaning products within the studio, and the inflated costs we are currently experiencing for many of these items, we will be implementing an additional service fee to be added to all transactions during this time. This fee will be $20 for all piercing procedures, and $10 for all jewelry changes.
$40 for one piercing fee, $20 for each additional piercing performed in the same sitting
PLUS the cost of jewelry
PLUS $20 additional service fee
$10 jewelry service fee
PLUS cost of jewelry (unless providing your own)
PLUS $10 additional service fee
Minors 16-17 years of age may be pierced with the consent of a parent or court appointed legal guardian.
-The consenting parent or guardian must be present at the time of appointment
-The consenting parent or guardian and minor must BOTH present valid photo ID
-Must present original or certified copy birth certificate, guardianship papers, adoption certificate, or any other legal documentation necessary to serve as proof of guardianship
-Must present completed and notarized minor consent release form.
Deposits will be forfeit if you arrive to your appointment without valid IDs or any other necessary forms. ALL of the listed items are REQUIRED FOR MINORS to receive piercing services!
